- 2 cups broccoli
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crushed pork rinds
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Boil 2 cups of broccoli until soft and drain out all liquid. Set aside.
In a pan, add 3 tablespoons of grass-fed butter, a half cup of cream cheese, a half cup of heavy cream, 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix together until everything is melted.
Chop broccoli and add into the cheese mixture.
Transfer mixture into a casserole dish.
Top with cheddar cheese, crushed pork rinds, and grated Parmesan.
Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
