Program core pillars

01

The power of metabolic health

Transform mental health by addressing insulin resistance and mitochondrial health. Equip the brain with a consistent and efficient energy source through ketones.

02

Address root causes

Move beyond symptom management to treat the underlying causes of mental illness. Prioritize interventions like nutrition, exercise, mind-body practices and circadian-rhythm alignment rather than solely relying on medication.

03

Sustainable transformation

Ensure long-term success through education, skill-building and personalized tools that clients can carry forward after discharge.
