Elizabeth Dwyer

Elizabeth is a board-certified licensed registered nurse whose career spans 25 years and includes training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, addictions treatment, mentalization-based treatment and good psychiatric management for the treatment of borderline personality disorder.

Elizabeth’s health-care journey began at Winchester Hospital in Winchester, Massachusetts, where she developed a deep commitment to patient care, and continued at AllOne Health in Natick, Massachusetts, where she spent 14 years as an occupational-health nurse. Since 2014, she has worked at McLean Hospital in Belmont, Massachusetts, in clinical settings such as the Gunderson Residence for the treatment of borderline personality disorder and the Appleton Residence for the treatment of bipolar disorder, psychosis and schizophrenia.

Elizabeth strives to bring a compassionate, patient-centered approach and dedication to patient care. She also enjoys eating whole foods, walking, weight lifting and spending time with her family, especially her three grandchildren. She is excited to join the Accord mental-health team and help clients improve their mental health via metabolic therapy.
